Authentic knitted Icelindic sweater with a polo neck, produced in Norway of 100% pure new wool. The Icelandic sweater is made of heavy 3 gg. (Gage) yarn and is incredibly soft and warm. The polo collar is approx. 10cm. high when unfolded.
The sweater is machine knitted but made of "hand knitting yarn" from one of Norway's best wool spinning mills, named Gjestal ASA wool spinnery from Oltedal. The pattern is an old original design with stylish off white & gray/charcoal colors. It has collar ribbed turtleneck/wrist/lower. This is a really neat & very retro modern Icelandic jumper, a unisex style of the "NORWOOL" collection. The Icelandic sweater is large in size. Please order one size smaller than you would normally buy.
